Moving abroad? Contact us before you move and we will explain what it all means for you. In most cases at no charge. Our fees are approved by you in advance and we keep your best interest at heart.

Following your inquiry and an initial email exchange or Skype call:

  1. We will provide you with a free Portal* to deliver documents securely.
  2. You will sign a confidentiality agreement for us to review prior year tax returns.
  3. Next load your prior year returns on Portal.
  4. We examine your previous return at no charge and will schedule a call to discuss any questions.
  5. We send you a written proposal and consent for disclosure.
  6. If you accept, you return a signed engagement letter and a retainer.
  7. We provide you a custom Internet Tax Organizer.
  8. You complete the organizer and load appropriate documents to the portal.
  9. We draft a return for your review and approval.
  10. When you approve the draft, we finalize the return for e-filing, if possible.
  11. We send an invoice for the balance of our agreed fee.

*We send all reports through our secure Portal managed by Wolters Kleuwer CCH ProSystems tax.
